Onexbat Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Onexbat (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of all services and content available on the onexbat platform.

By accessing Onexbat or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Once registration is complete, Onexbat will send a verification email. Some features may be limited until your email is verified. You are fully responsible for the security of your own account.

Onexbat follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Identity verification is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before your first withdrawal.
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account.
• If the payment method is changed.

The following documents are typically required for KYC verification:

• National ID Card (NID) Or passport — clear photos of both sides required.
• Selfie — A recent photo of you holding your identity document.
• Proof of Address — Utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months.

KYC verification typically takes 24–72 hours. Withdrawals will be on hold until verification is complete, though betting and deposits will remain partially available in the meantime.

All deposits on Onexbat must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

• No charges on deposits — though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Onexbat reserves the right to verify any deposit. Suspicious or unusual deposits may be temporarily held for investigation. Deposits linked to money laundering or any illegal activity will be rejected outright and reported to the relevant authorities.

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing your winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for the original deposit.
• If a bonus balance is active, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (Higher limits apply for VIP members).

Withdrawal Processing Time:

• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Crypto: 30 minutes – 2 hours

Onexbat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is suspected, the account may be placed under review and the bonus may be forfeited.

The following rules apply when betting or playing games on Onexbat:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled — a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• Odds on live events may change at any time.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Onexbat reserves the right to void the affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the onexbat platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity to claim bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other users.
• Allowing minors to use your account or placing bets on their behalf.

Onexbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• As directed by legal authorities.

You may close your account at any time. To do so voluntarily, email our support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be held for 90 days.

• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• If services are restricted due to legal or regulatory changes.

Onexbat's maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. No compensation will be provided for indirect or consequential losses.

Onexbat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• A notification will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before any changes take effect.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform.
• The date of change and the amended sections will be clearly indicated.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the update will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
